How CelloIP Technologies Was Built

CelloIP Technologies was founded in 2013 by Kaushik Parmar, a VoIP engineer who recognised that growing businesses lacked access to affordable, enterprise-grade communication infrastructure. Enterprises were paying inflated licensing fees for black-box systems while open-source platforms like Asterisk and FreeSWITCH offered equal or superior capability — but required deep expertise to configure and scale.

Starting with Asterisk-based PBX consulting for Indian SMEs, CelloIP rapidly expanded into FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS, Kamailio, and WebRTC. By 2017 the company was delivering browser-based calling solutions for fintech companies. By 2019 it had completed 100+ projects for clients across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East.

Today, CelloIP Technologies is a full-stack telecom software company with 50+ engineers specialising in VoIP, WebRTC, AI integration, mobile SIP dialers, and cloud-native telecom infrastructure. We have shipped more than 200 projects without a single critical production failure in the last three years.

What Makes CelloIP Different

Six principles that guide every project we take on — from a 10-seat hosted PBX to a multi-continent carrier platform.

Engineering Excellence

Every solution we build undergoes rigorous code review, load testing, and security auditing. We follow OWASP guidelines, SIP protocol standards, and ITU-T recommendations to ensure production-grade quality.

Security-First Architecture

TLS/SRTP encryption, SIP fraud prevention, rate limiting, and IP whitelisting are default in every deployment — not afterthoughts. Your communication infrastructure deserves enterprise-grade protection.

Performance at Scale

From 50-seat call centres to carrier-grade SBC deployments handling millions of calls per day, our architectures are designed with horizontal scaling, redundancy, and sub-second failover from day one.

Long-Term Partnership

We don't just ship and leave. Our ongoing maintenance plans, 24×7 SLA support tiers, and dedicated account managers ensure your platform evolves alongside your business requirements.

Full-Stack Telecom Expertise

We bridge the gap between SIP-layer VoIP engineering, cloud-native infrastructure, and modern web/mobile UX. That unified expertise eliminates integration failures caused by working with multiple vendors.

Transparent Delivery

Weekly sprint demos, GitHub-based progress tracking, time-tracked invoicing, and detailed post-project documentation ensure you always know exactly where your project stands.

Why Businesses Choose CelloIP Technologies for VoIP Development

Choosing a VoIP development partner is one of the most consequential infrastructure decisions a growing business makes. A poorly architected SIP system causes dropped calls, security breaches, runaway scaling costs, and vendor lock-in that persists for years. CelloIP Technologies was built specifically to eliminate these risks.

Unlike generalist web agencies that have "added VoIP" to their service list, CelloIP engineers live and breathe the SIP protocol. Our team has spent 12+ years optimising RTP jitter buffers, tuning Kamailio dispatcher modules, writing custom Asterisk AGI scripts, and debugging SRTP key negotiation edge cases at 3am. That depth of experience cannot be improvised.

What Does a CelloIP VoIP Development Engagement Look Like?

Every project begins with a free technical discovery call — typically 60 minutes — where our architects review your current infrastructure, call volumes, codec requirements, and compliance constraints. We then produce a detailed architecture document within five business days covering topology, technology stack, scalability model, failover strategy, and itemised cost estimates. Only after client sign-off does development begin.

Development follows two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. All code is committed to a private GitHub repository with mandatory code review before merge. Infrastructure is provisioned via Terraform with all configuration in version control. Documentation — including network diagrams, SIP trace logs, and operations runbooks — is delivered as part of every project handover.

Does CelloIP Technologies Sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign NDA and IP-assignment agreements before any code is written. All source code, configuration files, and architecture documentation developed during your project become your exclusive intellectual property. CelloIP retains no licence, sub-licence, or usage rights to client-specific code. We are a work-for-hire development shop, not a platform company.

What Countries Does CelloIP Technologies Serve?

CelloIP Technologies serves clients in 30+ countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Netherlands, and India. We work fully remotely with async-first communication via Slack and Jira, and hold weekly video syncs aligned to your timezone. Invoicing is available in USD, GBP, EUR, and AED.
